Each month
we will pray over the same topic.
At the
beginning of the month a blog post will be made on the general topic
of prayer. Then within each small groups, request should be specific to that
group, while pertaining to the
general topic.
Regular
reminders should be send out during the month.
Small
group leaders should be in charge of or delegate main communication method
(e-mail, text, call, social media) and maintain contact information.
This prayer
circle is to be a safe place for everyone.
Confidentiality
is of utmost importance.
The prayer
group should be a place when everyone can feel they can share request that are
as specific or as general as they would like, within their small group.
Be very
aware of confidentially with how you communicate prayer requests or
encouragement (e-mails, texts, phone calls, social media).
Vision for
growth.
When
starting small groups determine the purpose of your group. For example, strengthen
old friendships, starting new one, praying together as moms, praying as teens,
common hobbies and interest.
This group
is by no means exclusive. Small group size could range anywhere from 2 and
should have no more than 8 participants in order to maintain a small group
dynamic.
Participants
in the group can be part of starting another small group.
When
starting another group, you will in a sense be part of 2 groups. Your original
as one of the members and the facilitator of the one you start.

will post the general topic for each month. It will be an information and
inspiration blog. This way groups can join in prayer on the same topics.
