Fall is here, and the leaves will soon begin to turn colors.  School is in full swing.   Classes are a buzz, school athletics are going, music classes, or drama classes, or whatever other extracurricular activities the students are in.  There is homework, and practice for the children.  Parent’s being the taxi service to take their children where they need to go. 

Everyone is so busy.

Life is hectic.  Whether you have children or not.  Life is hectic at times.  Pray that we make time for God and for our families.

What is Our Personal Ministry?

Let's continue to focus on our individual, personal ministries.  We all have them, some big, others small.  These ministries don't have to be directly related to our church or our job, but they can.  We all may have a ministry to our family. We probably all have some sort of ministry at work too.  If we really thought about it, we all have multiple ministries that we may not even really focus on, but that we do anyways.  

So this month continue to think about our ministries and choose one to focus on and pray over. 

"He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?"

April's Prayer Topic

This month let's pray about spending intentional alone time with God to learn to hear his voice more clearly.

Whether in the quiet of the morning, before our world around us wakes, or in the stillness of the night...

When are you making time for God? 

With no one else around, no distractions? 

Alone time? 

So you will be know when you hear his voice.

March: How to Deepen our Relationship with God

Our prayer focus for March is ‘how to deepen our relationship with God’. What does this mean? Our relationship with God is an incredibly personal and awe-inspiring individual experience. Pray that God will reveal to you how to enhance your relationship with Him – not to Him or for Him – but with Him.
